Panel moulding
5 × 8 ft
1 1/2" face. 37 ft 6 in of it ends up on the wall — the rest, 2 ft 6 in or 6%, is offcut and saw kerf.
Cap rail
12 ft
1 1/2" face. One run if you can get it — a join in the middle of a rail at eye level is the one thing on this wall nobody stops noticing, so buy it long.
The baseboard is not on this list. You told the tool how tall the existing one is so it knew where the panels could start — replacing it is a different job.

Mitred lengths are long point to long point — the outside of the frame, not the inside. That is 40 mitres in total. Cut one panel, hold it up, then cut the rest.
